Why did you chose this site?

The main reason for me choosing the Manhattan site was for its unique shape. The triangular shape was not my first choice, but after analyzing the neighborhood and spending time on the site, I understood that New York City exerts a significant impact upon global commerce, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment. Therefore I want my design to, in essence represent New York.
